COMMANDER-PLUS Drop-Down Post | Flush-Fitting Steel Parking Barrier

Secure your private parking spaces without creating workplace hazards with the COMMANDER-PLUS Drop-Down Post. This highly innovative security barrier combines robust vehicle access control with exceptional non-trip benefits for pedestrians, cyclists, and wheelchair users. Designed to be concreted directly into the ground, the post folds down to sit completely flush with the surface when not in use, providing an unobstructed, hazard-free environment while offering strong visual and physical protection when raised.

Key Features and Benefits

• Trip-Free Safety Design: When unlocked and lowered, the entire post folds away to sit completely flush with the surrounding ground surface, instantly eliminating dangerous trip hazards in high-traffic pedestrian areas.

• Automatic Recess Protection: Features a clever, heavy-duty steel cover plate that automatically shifts to protect the ground recess tray when the post is raised into the upright position, keeping the mechanism clear of debris.

• Heavy-Duty Durability: Manufactured with a premium hot-dip galvanised steel post and a corrosion-resistant aluminium recess tray, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and a long, rust-free service life.

• Choice of Locking Systems: Available in two secure configurations: choose between a highly secure integrated cylinder lock or a heavy-duty triangular key lock mechanism.

• High-Visibility Finishes: Available in three distinct finishes to suit your exact environment: discreet Zinc Grey, high-visibility Red/White, or hazard-warning Black/Yellow.

Versatile Commercial & Parking Applications

This fully flush drop-down post is the ultimate solution for securing individual parking bays and managing vehicle access where pedestrian safety is equally critical. It is highly recommended for public and private car parks, busy commercial properties, pedestrianised zones, active manufacturing plants, logistics depots, and public buildings.
